Charter of the Order of the Rose and Cross



IN THE NAME OF I.N.R.I

To All Fratres and Sorores of The ROSY CROSS
Wheresoever dispersed over the face of the earth
Be it known that

Frater Michael N. Buckley, IX°
Frater John A. Goodrum, IX°
Frater Christopher J. Oversby, IX°

By the Grace of our Lord and Saviour I.N.R.I do hereby establish
A new Order of the Ages in England and Wales.
For the sole purpose of maintaining and
providing a safe sanctuary for the Christian Virtues
of The Rosy Cross for the Great Work.

To endeavour always to protect the Rosicrucian Landmarks and Ancient Traditions.
Be it known to all Rosicrucians that this Order is named –
The Order Of The Rose And Cross.

We hereby empower the Order to govern, and to elect
and to appoint Officers as required.
With full rights to enact and establish Laws, Regulations and Religious Rules of
The Order Of The Rose And Cross.

As an Independent Sovereign Order,
Further, we grant full and unrestricted rights to Fratres and Sorores
to establish Subordinate Councils and Conclaves of
The Order Of The Rose And Cross.

For the benefit of Christian People as the Officers deem necessary for the guaranteed continuation of
Christian Virtues and Traditions
for generations to come under the Blessings of Almighty God.

Furthermore,
We grant full liberty to create and ordain new Fratres and Sorores
as required by the Order to perpetuate the Wisdom and Grace
of the Holy Spirit of the Most High God
in accordance with the ancient principles established in the School of C.R.C.
Given under our Hands and Seal of the General Council of
The Order Of The Rose And Cross.


In the City of London, England, The United Kingdom,
this 21st Day of March 2007 during the Spring Equinox.
